There are many old sayings to the effect that your true character is revealed when no one is watching you. I suspect, however, that this “character” won’t be employed much longer. Do you think they’ll switch their slogan from “what can Brown do for you” to “looking out for you, even when you’re not watching”…??

I don’t see the problem here. The boxes are clearly labeled “Fragile” if there is something even remotely breakable within. If there was something breakable, then it was the shippers fault for either not labeling the package or not properly packaging it with bubble wrap, etc. All FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc. employees operate like this. This is generally done as a means to save time so that everyone else can get their package when they want it.
